Rollin and Ronny are the designers and builders of Sleeping Grape Wine Cellars. With both parents working in the fields of architecture and artistry, it’s no surprise that Rollin and Ronny have a knack for understanding design that many have described as intuitive. Ronny has been working in the design and development around homes for over 15 years. Rollin to his master wine cellar builder in 2005, while bringing with him his strong understanding of architectural processes and design. In 2008, Rollin purchased the company from the original owner and to this day. For over 2 years now, Ronny has added his craftsmanship and design background to continue to push the envelope in creating masterpieces that not only meet the requirements of the wine itself, but also exceed customer expectations. Though every detail is met with superior precision, every custom wine cellar stands as a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art. “There is an excitement that comes from taking a rough concept, polishing the design with the homeowner and then making it real” says Rollin. “There is nothing compared to walking through a completed wine cellar that previously had been a handful of ideas and drawings suspended within imagination” says Ronny.

When Rollin Fox built his first wine cellar in 1998, there was a steep learning curve! The end result was a beautiful, lavish wine cellar. Now, 15 years later and with the experience gained from having produced hundreds of custom wine cellars, we truly are the experts. Ronny has been in the design and construction of high end residential construction for 15 years and his team of highly skilled craftsmen have a broad range of skills that can handle all aspects of wine cellar construction.
